The Warnock Scholarship will be awarded annually in the amount of $1,500.00 to one graduating student from a Black Hawk County school to be applied toward tuition in a four-year college or university of their choice. By July, the Scholar will be required to submit to the Committee the name of the college or university in which they are enrolled for the fall semester. The $1,500.00 stipend will then be sent to that college or university.
